These valves are designed for 3 million cycles with warranty of 1.5 million cycles (or 12 months). Valve body is made of 304 stainless steel. Welded bellows are made of AM350 for long life. To enable long lasting seal life, actuator housings are machined and honed to micron precision so that O-Ring wear is minimized — contrary to traditional tube-housing which are neither round nor straight. Pneumatic valves from 16mm to 50mm are normally closed (spring close). Size above 63mm are double acting (air-open / air-close). Optional “pneumatic lock” is available.

Aluminum Block valve

-Low particle, formed bellow assembly

Body is machined from a single piece 6061-T6 aluminum billet.
There is no seam, virtual leak is eliminated and flow path is extremely smooth.
Aluminum has high fluorine resistance and excellent thermal conductivity, a great choice for CVD application. Its transparency to X-Ray makes it suitable for high energy research.
Solenoid is an optional item, in 24 VDC or 120 VAC.
